Prayers Unto Salvation (aka Sinner’s Prayers)

Below are a few example prayers unto salvation (aka sinner’s prayers), with the expression of the belief God the Father requires of us to have everlasting life in John 3:16. For those that come to belief, they should then regularly pray, read the Bible (I recommend starting with the Gospel according to John), fellowship with other believers (possible to do online at many churches for now), and share their belief with others.

Dear Jesus
I believe in You
I believe You are the Son of God
I believe You died on the cross for my sins
And you rose on the third day
I know I’m a sinner
I repent and want to live for You all the rest of my days
Please come into my life and be my Lord
Thank You for loving me
And for hearing me

Dear Lord,
I accept that I am a sinner having done evil things.
I repent of my sin, and I believe in your death on the cross that paid the penalty for my sins.
I turn to you making you Lord of my life, and I will live for you.
Thank you for loving me and accepting me.
Amen.

It’s not the prayer that provides salvation, it’s one’s belief. These prayers are simply an expression of the belief and intent to follow Jesus.
